The below KPI Achievements took place between January 2014 and January 2015 for Samsung customers whom required a repair under the first years manufacturers warranty.
We advise customers that repairs can take between 5-7 working days. In 2014 our average repair turnaround time was only 5.22 days!
Feedback is extremely important to us which is why we are delighted that 91.1% of customers surveyed throughout 2014 advised they were happy with the service we provided.
In some instances two visits are required to complete a repair, one to diagnose and another to repair the fault - However in 2014 85.4% of repairs required only one visit!
